Terms of use

Last updated: 23 August 2026

By creating an account and using CircHub you agree to these terms and to the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This is a working draft written by the site operator, not by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. The highlighted parts still need to be filled in before the site opens to the public.

1. Who runs this site

CircHub is operated by [full name], [address], [country]. Contact: [email address].

It is a hobby project run by a private individual, not a company. It is offered as-is, with no guarantee of availability.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. You must also be somewhere where accessing sexually explicit material is legal. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours.

We may refuse or close any account. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

4. What you upload and post

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store it, convert it for playback, and show it to other members — nothing more. That permission ends when the content is removed, apart from copies that remain in backups for a limited time.

You confirm at upload that everyone in the video was 18 or older and consented, and that you have the right to share it. That declaration is stored together with the upload. Knowingly declaring falsely ends your account and may be reported to the authorities.

Uploads are checked by a moderator before they appear. We may refuse, remove or take down anything, at any time, without giving a reason.

5. What you may not do

The community rules list what is not allowed. On top of that: do not try to break into the site, do not scrape it, do not resell access, and do not attempt to bypass the measures that keep videos from being downloaded in bulk.

6. Removal and complaints

If content of yours is here without your permission, or infringes your copyright, use the takedown page. Requests about non-consensual content are handled first and fastest.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. There is no promise that it works, that it stays online, or that anything you upload is kept safe. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost content or downtime.

8. Ending your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by messaging staff. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

When an account is deleted, your posts and comments stay but are shown as coming from a deleted member; your uploads are removed.

9. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of [country], and disputes go to the courts of [place]. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Substantial changes are announced in the Announcements forum. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
